Return Policy
At Isla & Mae Charleston, we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.

Return costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted.
Return Process

Notify us of your return via info@islamaecharleston.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will send you the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace to ensure safe delivery.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item at the supplier’s return address, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days using the original payment method.
Liability

Isla & Mae Charleston is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
